Lori Boyer Becomes Jacksonville City Council President
Congratulations to Lori Boyer on becoming Jacksonville City Council president
“Be bold. And dream big,” said Lori Boyer, a two-term City Council member who became the Jacksonville City County president yesterday. According to a Times-Union article, Boyer has a reputation for “diving into painstakingly mundane and meticulous challenges”, but is looking at the bigger vision when it comes to her new role, including helping council members understand the distinct and collective challenges in neighborhoods across the city. “We can do more for you if we know how,” said Boyer.
