Donna Orender: Fletcher’s Class of 2015 shows its class



“The irony is not lost on me that more often we are seeing more young high school women seizing the opportunity for leadership roles,” writes Donna Orender in her latest piece for  “They are leaving their mark and, in this particular case, Georgia, who I am sure didn’t think this was going to be an experience that would impact an entire community and beyond.”

As Donna writes, experience is often the best teacher and this group of classmates, led by a mostly female student government including class vice president Georgia Pinner, “will no doubt take the reins of leadership ever more comfortably as they journey through life.”
