Stephanie Hofmann, Director of Agency Development at Google

Steph H copyStephanie Hofmann, Director of Agency Development, has spent the past five of her six+ year tenure at Google on the Agency Development team looking after the Interpublic Group of agencies, in addition to launching the specialty agency segment to develop and cultivate relationships with Shopper and Multicultural agencies.  Prior to Agency Development, Steph was the Head of Industry Marketing for CPG and led neuroscience research and brand value of search studies that helped to unlock CPG brand dollars in their early days of digital marketing.

Prior to Google, Stephanie spent 16 years working at brand marketing and consumer promotion agencies on CPG brands including Clorox, Del Monte, Dole, Revlon, among others and started her career in non-profit fundraising and development.

Steph is an undergraduate of Penn State University, received her Masters in Communication from Seton Hall University, is an avid sports fan, die hard Nittany Lion, former marathon runner, (before her back decided to not cooperate), and passionate wife and mom of Cooper (4 years) and Ellie (1 year).
