Shelley Wright Brindle, Founder, Brindle and Associates

Shelley Brindle is the Founder of Brindle and Associates, a media and leadership consulting firm focused on assisting organizations with digital and cultural transformations based upon her 25 years of HBO experience building and transforming teams and lines of businesses. Shelley left HBO in March 2016, having served as HBO’s Executive Vice President, Domestic Network Distribution and Marketing, where she was responsible for the revenue, marketing, and distribution strategy of HBO’s $4.4B domestic subscription business, including the launch of HBO’s digital streaming services. Since leaving HBO, Shelley has pursued more meaningful and entrepreneurial work, specifically leveraging her experience as the first woman in HBO’s C-suite to serve as a mentor to emerging female leaders and entrepreneurs.

In addition to founding Brindle and Associates, Shelley is a frequent public speaker on creating growth and innovation cultures, and leading for millenials. She serves on various tech start-up and non-profit Boards, serves as a Global Ambassador for Vital Voices, is a founding member of Plum Alley Investments, is an active member of several women’s leadership organizations, and has been a regular participant at Fortune’s annual Most Powerful Women Summit.

Shelley holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communications Studies/History from the University of Virginia. She lives in Westfield, New Jersey with her husband Kip, their three children and any number of foster dogs waiting for a good home.
