She is CEO and founder of Team Pegine Inc. which was named number 3 out of 50 of the fastest growing, privately owned companies in North Florida. A multimillion dollar consulting company that works with government and corporate clients to engage, train and market to diverse communities, especially women. She presented twice at the Pentagon, keynoted along with two US Presidents, the two female Secretaries of State and authors John Maxwell and Suze Orman and worked with the White House.
Pegine is the only Latina, one of eight women, in the 58 member Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame. Other members include Zig Ziglar and Tony Robbins. She is author of “Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt” and “Bragging Rights Transform Your Team in 21 Day”.
