Howard Halle, Executive Vice President, Division Manager, Commercial Banking, Wells Fargo & Company
Howard Halle is an executive vice president and division manager for the Wells Fargo Regional Commercial Banking Offices (RCBO) in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Naples, Orlando, Tampa, and West Palm Beach, Fla. Based in Jacksonville, he is responsible for overseeing the professionals who provide commercial banking products and services to companies with annual sales greater than $20 million.
Prior to his current position Howard was the wholesale banking executive for Wachovia Bank’s business in the Western United States. Prior to that he was the commercial banking executive for Wachovia and First Union in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. Howard began his banking career in the International Division of Southeast Bank of Miami in 1976, holding several positions within Commercial & Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and International.
Howard earned his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
In the community, Howard currently serves on the boards of the North Florida National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Enterprise Florida, Inc. He was the past board chair
of the North Florida Multiple Sclerosis Society, Yates YMCA in Jacksonville, and the Black Business Investment Corporation of Palm Beach County. He also served on the board of the Northern California Multiple Sclerosis Society, Beacon Council of Miami, United Way Allocations Committee in Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade Chamber
of Commerce, Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and the Palm Beach County Development Board.
Howard was born and raised in Peru and is fluent in Spanish.
