She is currently Vice President of Talent and Development for Southeastern Grocers and is responsible for driving knowledge growth and application through an innovative training platform, effective change management, just-in-time retail training delivery, and transformational leadership development.

Elizabeth is a working mom and passionate about her family. She is an avid supporter of helping other women succeed.
