She specializes in partnering with clients dealing with difficult transitions or change to find their best path for growth and success. She enjoys guiding her clients in navigating values, discovering purpose and creating vision that unleashes their potential. Her personal philosophy is “when we live our deepest values, have our purpose and find our direction, we experience more health, meaning and happiness in our work and personal lives.” 

Dale has over 25 years of business and leadership experience in working with individuals and teams in strategic planning, creating new products and services and advancing organizational change. Many of these years have also been devoted to developing and facilitating wellness programs for the mind, body and spirit. She has expertise in using behavioral tools that brings her clients more clarity, confidence, and focus. She uses assessments that pinpoint success factors and strengths along with 360 instruments to help clients develop a deeper self awareness, improve communications and keep in step with today’s quickly changing world. Dale holds a Masters in Public Health and has earned the International Coach Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.

Her experience includes working with a variety of industries such as hospitals, manufacturing, non-profits, government, churches, and health insurance including Florida Blue.

Combining her professional training, experience in leadership roles and personal commitment to growth, Dale established a Florida-based coaching and consulting business in 2003. She coaches executives, emerging leaders and teams; facilitates personal and professional development workshops; and provides creative approaches to develop leaders and help organizations achieve desired results. She is an active leader of the International Coach Federation. Dale served as the 2008-2009 President of the Northeast Florida chapter.
