Ashley Tappan’s ability to help clients achieve breakthrough results has earned her several accolades in the healthcare industry, including recognition as a Rising Star and then a Luminary of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. The Luminary Award was given to the 25 women who have made a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
Ashley has developed expertise in training, customer service, and sales that leverage her experience from managing an international customer service center for a Canadian retail/wholesale distribution company and implementing high-performance teams for a highly competitive telecommunications company. She also worked in the Philadelphia area for four years with on-air sales for the world’s largest television shopping channel, including a breakthrough project of growing a line of specialty travel accessories into a multimillion-dollar business.
Ashley’s passion is working with leaders to fulfill their visions for producing breakthrough outcomes in their business. She helped one manufacturing facility go from good to best-in-class execution and higher utilization. As a result, customer service levels rose from 67% to 100%. Her work in durable consumer goods includes the transformation of a global company’s Americas Product Development division. Ashley has helped them to create and implement a cross-functional model, reduce product development cycle time and increase collaboration within their group and across the company and globe. A breakthrough in innovation and accountability have become part of the culture at this client.
Ashley is dedicated outside of the office as well, participating as a triathlete and mentoring beginner triathletes. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniele, and son, Nico.
