University of North Florida, Student Union Ballroom

Celebrate Women’s History Month with a delicious meal and an entertaining program that includes the presentation of the prestigious 2017 Susan B. Anthony Award and the Women’s History Month Scholarship.

The luncheon begins at noon, Wednesday, March 17, in the Student Union, Building 58W, Room 3703.

Jay Newton-Small is the keynote speaker. This year we are honored to welcome Jay Newton-Small, author of “Broad Influence: How Women Are Changing the Way America Works” as the speaker. Newton-Small is the Washington correspondent for TIME magazine, where she has written more than half a dozen TIME cover stories.

The Susan B. Anthony Award will be presented during the luncheon, along with the Women’s History Month Scholarship, which is awarded to a student who has done work on campus or in the community to enhance gender equity.

A limited number of free student tickets are available at the ticket office, located in Lassiter Hall, building 8. Tickets for non-students are $25 and are available online and in Lassiter Hall. Buy your tickets now; last year’s luncheon sold out. Thank you for your support!
