The Merriam-Webster simple definition of leadership is: the power or ability to lead other people. The full definition of leadership as capacity to lead. Yet according to The State of Women in Florida report produced by the Center for American Progress Action Fund women hold only 38.7 percent of the managerial jobs in Florida, despite making up 52 percent of the state’s population.

This four-hour workshop is designed by women and for women, in order to develop the leadership skills of women who aspire to greater success when leading others.

Who Should Attend

Formal Leaders – front line and mid level with five years of professional experience, who aspire to optimize their current leadership performance and prepare for further leadership responsibilities.

Informal Leaders – individual contributors who are early in their career (post graduate) who aspire to assume leadership entry level positions and to optimize their performance.
