Ernst & Young LLP promotes Kelly Grier to run its U.S. business   Congratulations to Kelly Grier who was recently named the new chairman and managing partner for Ernst & Young LLP, making her the first woman to lead the giant accounting and professional-services firm in the U.S. According to the Wall Street Journal, this move now means three of the Big Four U.S. accounting firms are now run by women including Generation W partner KPMG.
